The main component of Penegra is Sildenafil, which enhances the response to sexual stimulation by relaxing smooth muscles via nitric oxide. This increases blood flow to the penis, leading to an erection. Sildenafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension, and may have other uses.
Take Penegra orally with water about 0.5-1 hour before sexual activity. Do not exceed one dose per day. High-fat meals may delay its effects. Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during treatment.
