Common Use

Tadapox is a combination medicine designed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It consists of two main components: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Tadalafil is famous thanks to a brand medication Cialis, while Dapoxetine is a new word in medicine. The combinatory effect of those substances is beyond expectations: while Tadalafil grants powerful and stable erection, Dapoxetine prevents premature ejaculation and prolongs the effect of the medication, making Tadapox effective during 36 hours after taking.

Dosage and Direction

Only patients with erectile dysfunction or impotence should take Tadapox. For healthy people, there is no need to take the drug, because it won’t help them in case they have psychic-based problems with erection. One should not take Tadapox together with fat food or alcohol, because it can reduce the efficiency of the drug. The usual dosage of Tadapox is one tablet per day, an hour before sexual activity.

Precautions

Drug Interaction

The list of counteraction drugs for Tadapox includes nitrate-based drugs before all. There are no circumstances under which the patient can take Tadapox together with such medications. It’s also forbidden to take Tadapox together with antihypertensive drugs, because it may cause severe hypotension.

Missed Dose

Even if you have missed your daily dose of Tadapox, you shouldn’t take more than one tablet of it daily. Just ignore the missed dose and continue taking your medication as prescribed.

Overdose

If you have taken more than one tablet of Tadapox during a day, you may experience headaches, nausea, chest pain, and flushes. In case of those symptoms, immediately contact your medical care specialist.
